About the Classes
The 3/4 year-old class, Tuesday-Thursday, can have 24 students. There are 2 teachers for every 12
students.
The 4/5 year-old class, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, can have 32 students. There are 2 teachers to every 16 students.
Schedule and Activities
9:00 Arrival of children
9:00-10:20 Social playtime - block area, books, easel painting, games, housekeeping area, play-doh, puzzles, sand table, toileting, woodworking, craft of the day
10:20-10:25 Clean-up time
10:25-10:40 Meeting/together time - weather, calendar, songs and finger plays and movement activity
10:40-11:00 Hand washing, snack time and story time
11:00-11:20 Outdoor play
11:20-11:30 Dismissal of children
This is not meant to be a rigid schedule but rather an idea of what your child's day will be.
