Committee Reports
The governing authority in the Gilford Community Church resides in the members of the church. The congregation elects members to chair and to serve on the various committees that are charged with carrying out the work of the church. Committees plan and then recruit others (members and non-members) to assist them in the exciting programs and ministries that the church is involved with.

The church committees are organized under two larger areas: Congregational Life and Administrative Life. Included with Congregational Life are Diaconate, Educational Ministries, Membership and Outreach. Three committees comprise the Administrative Life area: Facilities, Pastor Staff Relations, and Finance.

Various other committees play an important role in the life of our church. The Village Nursery School Committee, The Memorial Gardens Committee, The Memorial Gifts Committee, The Summer Fair Committee, The Winter Fair Committee.
